Well, enough about us: it's high time to talk about your role in our organization! Let’s go!
Your Role at Yuki
As our IT Coordinator, your mission is to own IT across our companies and offices, from the laptop on someone's desk to the decisions that shape how the whole group works. Right now this sits a little bit with HR, a little bit with finance, a little bit with engineering. You're the person who brings it all together.
That means two things at once. One day you're the friendly fixer making sure a new hire's device just works or sorting out the Wi-Fi; the next you're helping decide how we merge separate environments into one setup that's efficient and scalable. You'll report into the People team and work closely with engineering, finance, legal, and colleagues across every office. It's a brand-new role, so you'll get to shape it yourself.
Device lifecycle: Define the right laptop specs per role (Windows and Mac), keep standard models up to date, and manage returning devices: wipe, re-enroll (Intune), redeploy, or recycle. Handle repairs and run a reliable pool of loaner laptops.
First-line support: Be the go-to for colleagues with hard- and software questions, own the escalation path to Visma IT, and follow tickets through to resolution.
Office IT: Keep office infrastructure running (Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, audiovisual and event tech), improve Wi-Fi coverage, and manage installers and providers.
Tools and policy: Advise on tool selection and subscriptions across the group, help draft and maintain IT and tool-usage policies, and own company-wide tooling setup and maintenance (Slack, Notion, Google Drive, and more).
Bring order to something new: Create clarity where things have piled up, prioritise across many incoming requests, and turn different setups into one scalable way of working.
Job Requirements
A few years of experience in IT support, workplace IT, or system administration, ideally in a scale-up or multi-entity environment.
Comfortable across Google Workspace, Intune (or a similar MDM), identity management tooling, Notion, and both Windows and Mac environments.
A fixer at heart: you'd rather solve the problem today than log a ticket and wait, and you can prioritise clearly when everyone comes to you at once.
You structure your own work across multiple companies and offices without day-to-day direction, and you're mobile between our Ghent and Antwerp offices (with a few trips a year to Barcelona and other locations).
You communicate clearly and approachably with non-technical colleagues. English is a must, and Dutch is a big plus.
Nice to have: network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, plus audiovisual and meeting-room tech experience.
Very Important: What's in It for You
At Yuki, we believe in empowering our team so they can empower our users. Here’s what we offer:
- Flexibility: Hybrid working options and gliding hours to suit your lifestyle.
- Growth Opportunities: Annual training budgets and access to professional development.
- International Culture: Work in a dynamic, diverse, and inclusive team with colleagues from all over the world.
- Engaging Work Environment: Offices in Antwerp, Barcelona, and Porto, with team-building activities, social events, and inspiring spaces to collaborate.
