YOUR ROLE
As Project/Manager (EM) within DCX, you are accountable for the successful delivery of digital experience engagements by ensuring client satisfaction, but also through people management for the members in the team, operational excellence, and financial performance. The EM acts as the primary point of contact for the client and internal teams, orchestrating delivery across UX, content, technology, and change management streams.
You will join a community of project/engagement managers that encourage sharing of knowledge and expertise, which will allow you to build an internal network and support your own growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery & Governance
- Lead day-to-day delivery of DCX projects, ensuring scope, quality, budget, and timelines are met.
- Implement Capgemini’s delivery governance standards, including risk and issue management, planning, and reporting. You don’t only monitor risks but also manage them proactively
- Aligning with other partners or 3rd party suppliers that are part of the customer ecosystem
- Ensure compliance with data protection and security requirements.
- Client Engagement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. We strive to build a long-term partnership with our clients.
- Develop and manage governance structures and client obligation.
- Drive client satisfaction and proactively manage any possible escalations.
- Financial Management
- Ensure the financials of your project are under control: budget management, forecasting, invoicing, and profitability.
- Internal reporting on qualitative and quantitative KPI’s
- Identify and support add-on sales opportunities.
- Team Leadership
- Manage cross-functional teams including UX designers, developers, analysts, product owners and other agile roles.
- Set objectives, coach team members, and foster collaboration.
- Promote a culture of delivery excellence and continuous improvement. You support team members in their career growth and are able to work out succession plans together with them
- Sales & Growth
- Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to strategic planning.
