To support our continued growth across Europe, we are looking for a Service Account Manager (SAM) to join our Crossborder Eurasia team.

What will you do?

As a Service Account Manager, you are the trusted partner for our customers after the sales phase. You ensure that promises turn into performance.
You will manage and develop a portfolio of international customers, with a strong focus on long-term relationship building, customer retention and growth. You are not simply there to react to customer issues, but to proactively understand your customers' business, identify risks before they become problems, spot opportunities to improve the partnership, and make sure we continuously deliver the quality we have promised.
You will play a key role in building long-term relationships, delivering outstanding service, and continuously improving our operations. Acting as the bridge between customers and internal teams, you help translate needs into tangible results.

What You’ll Do

Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of international customers, building strong, long-term relationships with key and major accounts
Drive customer retention by proactively identifying risks and structural issues, understanding customer needs and ensuring issues are addressed before they impact the relationship (IT, invoicing, operational performance)
Monitor service performance through KPIs and reporting, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality and customer satisfaction challenging internal processes where necessary
Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, IT, Finance and other internal stakeholders to deliver solutions
Maintain a strong overview of your customer portfolio, including performance, open issues, commercial opportunities and potential retention risks

Who are you?

Master’s degree or equivalent through experience
At least 3 years of experience in a commercial, customer-facing and/or service-oriented role. Proven track record as (key) account manager is a plus.
Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or a complex operational environment would be advantageous.
Fluent in Dutch and either English or French (trilingual is an advantage)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Commercially aware, with a customer-first mindset, you can balance customer needs with the interests of the organization.
Analytical and solution-oriented, with a drive for continuous improvement. Analyzing, commenting on and presenting customer KPI’s comes naturally.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
The position is open to candidates based in Belgium or the Netherlands (hybrid remote/office)
Valid driver’s license (Category B)
