Join Capgemini as an SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant and help leading organizations optimize their employee compensation strategy through end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. You'll play a key role in delivering an impactful solution.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, advising on solution design and opportunities within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Lead workshops and solution demos to align stakeholders and validate the proposed approach.
- Translate business needs into efficient HR processes and configure the SuccessFactors Compensation module.
- Support and coordinate testing activities with clients and project teams to ensure a smooth and effective adoption.
- Develop and deliver tailored training and enablement materials to drive user adoption and engagement.
- Lead go‑live activities, ensure a smooth transition, and build long‑term client relationships through post‑deployment support and guidance.
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field
- You have end-to-end project experience in SuccessFactors Compensation module and knowledge in Employee central module
- You have the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module Certification
- You have a collaborative mindset & customer-oriented attitude and are rigorous in your work, to deliver high-quality solutions
- You have professional working proficiency in Dutch and English. French constitues an asset.
