Job Description:
Hitachi Energy is seeking a Contract, Bid and Proposal Management Experienced Professional to support the preparation and execution of service tenders, quotations, and contract proposals. The role works closely with Service Sales Managers, technical specialists, and senior bid managers to develop competitive and compliant customer offers while ensuring adherence to established processes and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation and coordination of service tenders, quotations, and proposals.
Coordinate bid activities with sales, engineering, operations, and other stakeholders.
Assist in reviewing customer requirements, identifying deviations, and preparing clarifications.
Support contract review activities and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and approval processes.
Maintain accurate tender documentation and proposal records.
Contribute to risk and opportunity assessment during the tender phase.
Support cost calculations, pricing reviews, and commercial evaluations.
Monitor bid schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Assist with contract amendments, change requests, and customer communications.
Continuously improve quotation quality and tender execution efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Commercial Management, or a related field.
Typically 3–5 years of experience in tendering, quotation management, contract administration, project coordination, sales support, or a similar commercial role.
Experience working in a technical, industrial, utility, energy, or infrastructure environment is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.
Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Fluency in Dutch and English; French is strong advantage.
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
