Skills, knowledge, experience required for Data Analyst:
- 4 years post-related experience in sound knowledge and experience with UX/UI Design;
- 4 years post-related experience in developing data pipelines and automation with Python and Java;
- 4 years post-related experience in sound knowledge and experience with monitoring tools and techniques on measuring service performance.
Skills, knowledge, experience required for Service Level Manager:
- Sound knowledge and experience of IT Service Level Management;
- Experience in writing UX Deliverables, Requirements documentation and understanding translations into technical solutions;
- Excellent communication skills.
Duties assigned to the team:
- Analysing user feedback and usage patterns to identify improvement opportunities and additional dashboard features;
- Designing, developing, and implementing new dashboard features to enhance functionality and usability;
- Enhancing the dashboard user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) by improving visualizations, accessibility, and usability.
