You will join a strategic technology integration initiative within a leading Belgian financial institution following a recent acquisition. The focus is not on a full platform migration, but on strengthening and aligning technology capabilities, including security, governance and operational resilience. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders in an international environment where collaboration, planning and risk management are key to success.
Your Tasks
- Coordinate technology integration activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Translate business objectives into clear roadmaps, milestones and delivery plans.
- Assess technology platforms, infrastructure and integration opportunities.
- Identify risks, dependencies and synergies across applications and environments.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, Compliance and business teams to align priorities.
- Monitor progress, budgets and key risks, and provide clear management reporting.
- Support integration planning with a focus on continuity, resilience and efficiency.
Your skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in IT, engineering or business.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in IT project management, programme management or technology delivery.
- Good understanding of modern IT environments, including infrastructure, cloud technologies, APIs and application landscapes.
- Familiarity with security principles, identity and access management, and governance best practices.
- Experience working with agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align technical and business audiences.
- Fluent in English; professional knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
- Experience within banking, insurance or broader financial services is a strong plus.
