We're seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager for Simcenter HEEDS within our Engineering Enterprise Applications and Engineering AI solution domain.
In this role, you'll drive the evolution of Simcenter HEEDS/MDAO, one of the leading Multidisciplinary Design Analysis and Optimization solutions on the market, helping engineers across industries unlock smarter, faster engineering decisions through model based optimization.
You'll be joining an talented, collaborative team at the forefront of engineering simulation software, partnering with customers, engineers and teams across the organization to advance the future of HEEDS.
You’ll make a difference by
Defining, owning, and driving the product roadmap, making clear prioritization decisions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility in alignment with the broader domain roadmap- Deeply understand and represent user needs by engaging directly with customers, analysing customer challenges and championing decisions that deliver maximum value
- Define and prioritize product requirements through structured discovery, competitive analysis, and close collaboration with customers and product and subject matter experts
- Lead all aspects of product development execution by working closely with engineering teams and cross-disciplinary teams to ensure that what gets built matches the product vision and meets the highest quality standards
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and customer engagement initiatives
- Represent Simcenter HEEDS externally at customer meetings, industry events, and partner engagements to gather insights and build credibility in the market
Your succes is grounded in
- Validated experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a closely related product role, with demonstrated expertise in MDAO software solutions
- Strong technical proficiency with deep knowledge of MDAO software solutions, methods, and the engineering simulation landscape
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and customer insights into clear product decisions
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to align and influence interested parties and multi-functional partners without direct authority
- Customer-centric attitude, with a track record of building products that tackle real user problems and deliver measurable value
In addition, successful candidates will demonstrate
Hands-on experience with Simcenter HEEDS, Hyperstudy, or competitor MDAO solutions- Experience working in the engineering software or simulation tools market
- Familiarity with the Xcelerator portfolio and PLM ecosystem
- Experience supporting or leading go-to-market activities

The primary locations for this opportunity are Belgium, The Netherlands, Spain, Romania. The applicable salary ranges for these locations are:
Belgium: €78.700 – €141.700
Spain: €65.100 – €104.200
The Netherlands: €81.400 – €134.400
Romania: RON 243.300 – RON 445.100
This role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
