We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Account Manager OEM to develop and grow our business across Flanders and Wallonia. If you are passionate about industrial automation, solution selling, and building long-term customer relationships, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
As Account Manager OEM, you will be responsible for developing Schneider Electric's presence within the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) market across Belgium.
Our OEM customers design, build, and maintain machines used in industries such as:

You will partner with these customers to help them accelerate their digital transformation through Schneider Electric's portfolio of:

EcoStruxure Software and Cloud Solutions
Supported by a team of technical experts, you will combine commercial excellence with consultative selling to create value for your customers and drive sustainable growth.

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your OEM customer portfolio.

Identify new business opportunities and actively grow Schneider Electric's market share.

Build trusted relationships with stakeholders ranging from engineers and plant managers to executive leadership teams.

Understand customer challenges and translate them into innovative automation and digitalization solutions.

Manage and develop a healthy sales pipeline through Salesforce CRM.
-
Collaborate with internal technical specialists and channel partners to deliver best-in-class customer solutions.

Negotiate and close complex solution sales opportunities.

Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout their digital transformation journey.
(External) English Qualifications:
-
3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or solution selling.

Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
-
Experience within industrial automation, machine building, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or related industries is highly preferred.

Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to generate and close new business opportunities.

Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Entrepreneurial, proactive, and resilient attitude.

Comfortable working independently while being a strong team player.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering.

Equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
