Ê tes-vous un technicien à la recherche de d é fis et de vari é t é ? Chez Otis , vous aurez l ’ opportunit é d ’ effectuer des r é parations sur des ascenseurs dans votre r é gion, en veillant à la s é curit é , à la qualit é et à la satisfaction des clients.
Votre mission
En tant que Technicien de réparation , vous ê tes responsable de l ’ analyse et de la r é solution des pannes techniques. Vous travaillez de mani è re autonome ou en é quipe afin de garantir que chaque installation redevienne s û re et fiable.
Vos t â ches
- Effectuer des r é parations planifi é es et urgentes sur des ascenseurs et escaliers m é caniques
- Diagnostiquer et r é soudre des probl è mes techniques (m é caniques, é lectriques, é lectroniques)
- Rapporter les interventions via des outils digitaux
- Collaborer avec les é quipes de maintenance et de modernisation
- Garantir la s é curit é sur le lieu de travail
- Informer les clients de mani è re professionnelle sur les travaux r é alis é s
Votre profil
- Dipl ô me technique ( é lectrom é canique, é lectricit é ou exp é rience é quivalente)
- Une exp é rience en service technique itin é rant est un atout
- Permis de conduire B obligatoire
- Autonomie, sens de la solution et orientation client
- Disponibilit é pour participer à un service de garde (selon rotation)
- Bonne ma î trise du fran ç ais (la connaissance du n é erlandais est un plus)
