As Team Manager Customer Operations Office, you play a key role in this mission. Together with your team, you translate complex challenges and data-driven insights into direction, priorities, and tangible business impact. In doing so, you help both Customer Operations and our customers move forward every day.
Your role as Team Manager Customer Operations Office
- You lead and develop a team of business consultants, analysts, and reporting experts, enabling them to maximize their impact.
- You act as a strategic sparring partner to the Customer Operations Leadership Team and help shape the broader Customer Operations strategy by seamlessly switching between strategic discussions, in-depth analyses, and team development.
- You analyze operational performance, trends, and data insights and translate them into clear recommendations for the leadership team.
- You turn complex challenges into compelling stories that engage, align, and inspire senior stakeholders and executive leadership to take action.
- You lead the performance steering of Customer Operations and ensure the right insights are available at the right time.
- You build strong partnerships with stakeholders across Customer Operations, Finance, Commercial, Data, and other relevant teams.
- You foster a data-driven culture and drive continuous improvement, innovation, and AI-enabled transformation within reporting and analytics processes.
Your profile as Team Manager Customer Operations Office
- You hold a master's degree or equivalent experience and have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience. You preferably have a proven track record in people leadership and coaching. Experience in management consulting or a similar strategic advisory environment is a strong asset.
- You combine strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data, trends, and insights into clear conclusions and actionable recommendations.
- You have experience in business steering, performance management, reporting, forecasting, or other decision-support environments.
- You excel at stakeholder management and know how to influence, challenge, and align senior stakeholders.
- You are a strong communicator and storyteller who can translate complex topics into clear and impactful messages for senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
- You thrive in an ambiguous environment and bring structure, focus, and direction to complex challenges.
- You easily build strong partnerships across Operations, Finance, Commercial, Data, and other relevant domains, and you are passionate about data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering tangible business impact.
