Main responsibilities
You work closely with our client’s project team to initiate a common vision in terms of information management and governance
You analyse information management processes and user needs, identify strengths and areas of improvements in order to optimise and automate processes
You develop and propose strategies for the capture, storage, security, revision control, retrieval, distribution, preservation or destruction of information within the organisation
You define the directions and planning for the implementation of information governance
You analyse the standard features and characteristics of the necessary IT tools
You lead and accompany the change for the implementation of information governance
You help transfer knowledge to employees and train them
You lead meetings with clients, team members and other stakeholders.
Qualifications and experience required
Master’s degree or equivalent by experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in information management, information governance, document management or EIM projects
Successful experience in a team-oriented environment
Required skills
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Experience in workshop facilitation and interviewing
Excellent listening skills and understanding of customer needs
Language skills: French, Dutch and/or English
