Your role

Joining Capgemini

You will join a specialised team delivering Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) projects in the Life Sciences sector. Working at Capgemini Engineering in Belgium means being part of a team that values scientific rigour, regulatory excellence, and technological innovation — all in service of improving patient outcomes.

We are seeking a Project Manager with LIMS (LabWare) experience to lead laboratory technology transformation projects within a GxP-regulated environment in Belgium.

In this role you will play a key role in:

Overseeing LabWare LIMS implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines in compliance with GxP requirements
Collaborating with laboratory, quality assurance, and IT teams to define system requirements, manage validation activities, and ensure successful user acceptance testing
Managing vendor relationships and third-party contributors, ensuring deliverables meet contractual obligations and quality standards
Driving project communication through structured reporting, stakeholder updates, and governance meetings with client leadership
Supporting change management and training initiatives to ensure smooth system adoption across laboratory operations

Your profile

You hold a degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, and bring at least 3 years of experience managing LIMS or laboratory technology projects in a regulated environment
You are knowledgeable about LabWare LIMS or equivalent platforms, and understand laboratory workflows, data integrity requirements, and GxP validation processes
You are a clear communicator who can bridge the gap between scientific users and technical developers, ensuring all parties remain aligned throughout the project
You are detail-oriented, quality-focused, and experienced in managing validation documentation including URS, FS, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
You are fluent in English; French or Dutch is considered an asset
