What you DO matters
The HR Business Partner is responsible for strengthening the employee experience

training, internal communication, engagement and exit. The role focuses on the
execution, coordination and continuous improvement of HR initiatives across
recruitment, onboarding, communication, learning and employee engagement.
Working in close collaboration with the HR Manager, the HR Business Partner helps bring the site's people strategy to life through impactful
projects, operational excellence and a strong connection with the work floor.
This person is expected to be a proactive project owner who sees what is needed on

- employer branding towards candidates, schools and employees
The role requires someone who does not wait for instructions, but actively identifies
opportunities, follows through on commitments and takes responsibility for delivering
sustainable improvements and measurable results.
The function is back-up of the HR Officer (Comply, Performance).
