Ability to plan and coordinate technician schedules effectively. Hybrid working model (Kontich office + flexibility). Experience in the medical device sector.

Strong communication/interpersonal skills, especially over the phone. Assist the Customer Service team in reading and communicating customer complaint cases.

R&D and Operations for selected products and support situations. Assist in dispatching support tasks received at the 2nd Level Support interface.

The campus includes various departments such as R&D, Operations, our Technology Centre, Training Centre, and over 62,000 m² of warehouses.

2+ years experience providing onsite support in an enterprise environment. Need to provide on call support to users. Comfortable to work in shift environment.
