Manage highly complex calendars and political sensitivities to schedule client meetings, case team meetings and events. Ability to work under pressure calmly.

Providing administrative support (invoice follow‑up, coordination with the accountant, document filing and tracking).

€ 2.000 - € 2.400 per maand

Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person. Fluency in English and Dutch or French.

Ideally, you have a first relevant experience in a legal department but we are also open to motivated young graduates who are open to an on-the-job training.
