As a Procurement & Logistics Data Analyst within our Manuport Road Transport (MRT) department, you play a key role in optimizing our road transport operations and related procurement processes. Our MRT department organizes international road transport for all types of goods.
You will be part of a close-knit team within Manuport Road Transport, where you can count on support and collaboration across the group. This enables you to grow and develop in an environment where knowledge sharing and guidance are second nature.
You are responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support strategic and operational decision-making. You ensure accurate reporting and maintain up-to-date transport and supplier data within our systems.
Depending on your experience, the focus may be on the accurate management and structuring of data, or you may take a more active role in supporting procurement activities within Manuport Road Transport, such as tenders and negotiations with carriers.
In addition, you support the procurement team with tenders and supplier management. You follow up on RFQs and quotations, prepare analyses and price comparisons, and assist in concluding commercial agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
You also help manage relationships with transport partners, including onboarding new carriers and maintaining existing partnerships. You monitor contracts, certificates, and compliance documents, process surcharges and rates, and ensure accurate administrative and operational follow-up of all agreements.
You actively contribute to improving, structuring, and digitizing databases, Excel files, and ERP data. You take a leading role in cleaning, simplifying, and keeping existing data up to date, while ensuring a clear and efficient organization of information.
