As a Solution Designer & Project Lead, you play a key role in translating business and customer needs into functional, feasible, and future-proof solutions within a complex banking environment. Working in close collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and various IT teams, you ensure that proposed solutions comply with technology standards, non-functional requirements, security policies, regulatory obligations, and architecture guidelines. You develop transversal expertise across banking operations, products, and services, enabling you to design solutions that are both business-aligned and technically achievable. In addition to providing functional leadership, you take ownership of the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring quality, stability of scope, adherence to planning, and proper budget follow-up.
As a Project Lead, you coordinate and monitor all delivery phases—functional analysis, technical design, development, IT testing, business testing, and user acceptance— making sure all stakeholders remain aligned. You proactively remove obstacles that could impact project progress and ensure a smooth release preparation and deployment. You collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, other delivery teams, and management to maintain strong communication, alignment, and transparency throughout the project. Post-go-live, you follow up on production run activities and provide guidance and support during incidents to ensure system stability and continuity.
