Could you be the full-time Services ISR Engineer in Charleroi we’re looking for?
Your role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and service engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You’ll specifically take care of coordinating ISR activities across projects and ensuring compliance with ISR management plans, but also driving continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices.
We’ll look to you for:
- Identifying and monitoring workload forecasts for ISR work packages and securing adequate staffing for ISR and Service Engineering teams
- Managing customer requirements in compliance with applicable reference libraries
- Reviewing ISR management plans and assuring the application of ISR Design Reviews
- Producing ISR work package KPI dashboards in line with Product Line Services guidelines
- Coordinating with other teams to implement ISR processes within new build projects
- Ensuring timely and quality delivery of ISR elements, including Special Tools and Digital Modules for Maintainers
- Collaborating with internal customers to address delivery plans, risks, and challenges
- Producing REX (Return of Experience) reports to drive process improvements and update reference libraries
- Providing ISR QCD commitments on tenders
