For this position you would be working with our client from the European institutions.
Your role:

Management of training projects, including (but only) the immediate need for training on Summa for EEAS personnel both in HQ and Delegations.
- Estimations on timing, cost and resources needed for future projects, including (but not only) the arrival of new tools (such as those related to AI) on which terms of reference need to be prepared for a correct deployment of training plans to EEAS personnel both in HQ and Delegations.
- Planning and preparation of training project plans and, following their approval, close monitoring and logging of their execution, with timely report to management.
- Maintain a comprehensive repository data (using Hive or equivalent tools) that can
provide simple and fast access to those players which will need access to the relevant documentation, ensuring it is kept up to date by other team members.
- Have a forward-looking attitude by tracking (and if possible anticipating) potential
deviations on time, cost or resources needed and propose viable alternatives to
management.
- Integration of GenAI tools and similar technologies in learning and development
projects, including online learning and e-learning
