Context
Followingcontinued growth and increasing client demands, the Capital Markets departmentof CBRE Belgium is looking for a motivated intern Investment Analyst who canassist the team in their daily tasks.
Thisposition consists of a 6-month internship.
Summary
As anintern within the Capital Markets team, you would assist both international andlocal investors in their investment activities of commercial real estate inBelgium and Luxembourg. You would join a team of 15 professionals that has been market leader for 4 years in a row.
Yourmission
Your maintasks will include:
Understandthe dynamics of the commercial real estate market and its main stakeholders;
Analyzeresearch reports of the different asset classes and provide critical insight onmarket assumptions;
Supportthe preparation of strategic service proposals;
Undertakeinvestment and development project feasibilities;
Responsiblefor investment analysis, cash flow modeling and deal structure advice based onin-house market knowledge and in-depth economic research;
Preparemarketing collateral including investment memoranda;
Follow-upof commercial real estate investment transactions including setup andmanagement of a complete data room and coordination of the due diligenceprocess;
Preparedetailed purchase and sales reports;
Contributeto the innovation and digitalization of the CBRE Capital Markets processes.
Yourprofile
You are finishinga master’s degree in economics/ finance or just ended your studies with limited work experience;
You havethe ambition to contribute to the market leadership of the company;
You haveexcellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, French and English.

Youcombine strong analytical skills with a “hands-on” and entrepreneurial attitude;
You arefast learning, a team player with good presentation skills and attention todetail;
You canfollow-up several projects in parallel and prioritize your work to meet thedeadlines.
