Our Finance department is responsible for the accounting processing of financial figures and timely, high-quality reporting to the WFS Group. It works closely with other departments to optimise the quality of financial data.
As a junior accountant, you will be responsible for supplier accounting, assist with customer accounting and help with the preparations for the monthly reporting to the SATS Group.
Main Responsibilities:
Supplier accounting:

Processing purchase invoices and expense reports

Monitoring the status of outstanding invoices in the approval process
-
Processing bank statements
-
Monitoring outstanding supplier items
-
Monitoring the supplier accounting mailbox
-
Preparing payments
Customer accounts:
-
Providing support to the credit controller
-
Factoring
-
Direct debits
General accounting tasks:
-
Monthly processing of various entries such as depreciation, commissions, leasing costs, etc.

Providing support with simple month-end closing tasks
-
Ad hoc accounting tasks
Your profile:
-
Bachelor's degree: Accountancy
-
Initial work experience of min 2 years is required
-
Excellent knowledge of Dutch or French, good knowledge of English

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with SageBob and related software programmes is a plus

Willingness to learn other packages and work tools
