Your role
Through SERIS’s certified alarm monitoring center, we respond 24/7 to alerts concerning your building(s), site(s), or assets. Thanks to smart technologies, incidents, emergency scenarios, facilities, suspicious activities, or anomalies are detected immediately, enabling rapid intervention.
You continuously analyze incoming alarm situations, quickly assess them, and take appropriate action. You must be able to switch rapidly between multiple applications depending on the alarm situation, set priorities, and respond effectively—even during busy or stressful periods.
This is a role that requires logical and analytical thinking, quick and accurate decision-making, and continuous communication with stakeholders (contacts, installation companies, security firms, intervention services, emergency services, and control centers).
Your responsibilities:
- Analyze alarm situations in a structured way, take action, and follow up;
- Quickly switch between emergency situations and take appropriate action;
- Communicate clearly and directly with stakeholders;
- Perform real-time reporting within the alarm center platform;
- Switch between multiple applications depending on the alarm situation and available resources at the site;
- Make accurate and well-founded decisions to bring incidents under control under high pressure and within legally required response times.
