As our Go-to-Market Specialist, you'll sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and data. Reporting to the CRO, you'll manage our social media presence and paid campaigns, support the sales team in turning leads into pipeline and winning proposals, and build the dashboards that show what's actually working. This is a broad, hands-on role, ideal for someone keen to advance in their career. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn quickly, take on responsibility, and grow into a more senior position as the company scales. You'll get exposure across the full revenue funnel and plenty of room to develop new skills.
Develop and execute our social media strategy across relevant channels (mostly LinkedIn)
Write and produce social media posts and copy that reflect our brand voice
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
Coordinate with PR and press contacts on announcements and media opportunities
Coordinate the company award applications and event attendances
Update and optimize the company website (e.g. SEO, GEO)
Plan and run marketing campaigns end-to-end, from concept to execution
Build and maintain dashboards to track and refine campaign and channel performance
Monitor incoming leads and help assign them to the right owner
Support the sales team with personalised presentations for prospects and clients
Assist with RFPs and proposals, including building presentations and researching target companies to strengthen submissions
Support sales/marketing alignment through regular planning and communication
Create workflows and automations that ensures faster go-to-market
Experience: A bachelor's or master’s degree in (Digital) Marketing, Communications or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing or revenue operations role. This is a great next step for someone building broad, hands-on commercial experience.
Mindset: curious, proactive, and motivated to learn quickly; comfortable asking questions and taking on a variety of new challenges; chaos doesn’t scare you, it motivates you.
Digital marketing skills: a sound understanding of social media management and/or paid ad platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads). Basic graphic design skills (Adobe, Figma or similar) are a big plus. We’ll help you build on this.
Analytical mindset: Achieving your KPIs is what fuels your work. You should be comfortable with (or keen to learn) dashboards and automation tools (e.g. in HubSpot) as well as using AI tools like Claude day-to-day to draw conclusions from campaign data.
Communication: strong written English with attention to detail; able to produce clear, on-brand copy and client-ready presentations.
Cross-functional collaboration: comfortable working closely with sales teams; familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and CMS tools (e.g. Framer) is a plus.
Organized: someone who thrives in a flexible environment and can bring structure where it is needed.
Nice to have: interest in fintech or wealthtech.
