Your role:
You'll be the go-to contact for our Life Science customers across Belgium, driving growth and delivering exceptional partnership experiences. Your day-to-day involves identifying expansion opportunities in existing accounts and new prospects, building a strong sales pipeline, and working closely with marketing, technical support, and customer success teams to create seamless solutions. You'll communicate product value clearly, solve customer challenges head-on, build strategic account plans, and keep our CRM sharp for regular management updates. You'll stay on top of market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive moves, and you'll be out in the field regularly, building relationships and supporting customers where they are.
Who you are:

Have a bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).

Early experience in account management or life science sales.

Solid grasp of the life science sector: who the key players are, where the market is heading, and what the regulatory landscape looks like.

Comfortable traveling by car at least 50% of the time; valid driving license required.

Track record of hitting or beating sales targets and growing business.

Strong ability to build and maintain working relationships with a range of stakeholders.

Quick thinker with both creative and analytical skills; organized, capable of juggling multiple priorities.

Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
