We're looking for a Director of Sales & Distribution to own our global commercial activity: direct sales, distributor network, field representation, and market feedback into product.
Not an execution role. A leadership role for someone who takes ownership and moves.
What you'll do:
Own direct sales in markets without a distributor. Build and support our global distributor network, from Australia to the US to Europe. Represent Konligo at fairs and demos. Feed market signals back into our product roadmap.
What we're looking for:

What we offer:
Employee contract. €3,000–€3,500 net/month, all benefits included, depending on your profile. Commission on top, tied to sales targets. As Konligo scales, so does your package.
