Your missions :
The Marketing Manager Companion Animals is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the marketing strategy for Ceva BENELUX product and service portfolio within the companion animals segment (assigned product categories). The primary objective of this role is to achieve commercial and strategic growth plans while ensuring sustainable market growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans for the small animal product portfolio, including:
- Market and competitive analysis
- Mid- and long-term strategic planning
- Sales forecasting
- Budget planning
- Product forecasts
- Define brand and product positioning and develop integrated communication plans in close collaboration with the Corporate Marketing Manager, including:
- Media planning
- Marketing activity plans
- Prioritization of initiatives
- Continuously monitor market developments, competition, and changes in the product environment, and adapt marketing objectives and plans as needed
- Take responsibility for the operational implementation of all marketing activities and tactics in line with the approved marketing plan
- Evaluate marketing activities based on cost, efficiency, and impact, and identify opportunities for optimization
- Develop and provide marketing materials, tools, and support for technical field representatives and sales teams
- Ensure close collaboration and alignment with:
- Local Business Unit Manager
- Sales Managers
- VSM
- International Product Management
- Key Account Teams
- Collect, analyze, interpret, and present market and customer data to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare ad hoc reports and systematically gather customer requirements to support further development of the product portfolio
- Ensure proper dissemination of pharmacovigilance reports in accordance with SOP-RA 003
Your profile :
Education
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Communication Sciences, with a focus on Marketing, or comparable qualification/training
Experience / Knowledge
- Relevant professional experience in marketing or a comparable role is required
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
