We’re well-established in Flanders and now preparing to expand into the Netherlands, France and Germany. To drive this growth, we’re looking for a strategic thinker who gets things done.
As International Business Developer, you’ll define and steer our international roadmap. You analyse opportunities, assess risks, and support our leadership team with clear, data-driven advice:
- Research and score new markets based on potential, fit and accessibility
- Map out competition, key segments and growth drivers
- Create concrete market entry scenarios and growth strategies
- Advise on legal, HR and operational implications
- Report to the leadership team and act as a sparring partner for the CEO
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic or international business role, ideally in tech or SaaS
- Strong analytical mindset with a hands-on approach
- Experienced in market analysis, business cases and expansion strategies
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French or German is a plus)
- Proactive, decisive and business-minded
- A strategic role with high visibility and autonomy
