- You respond positively and promptly to requests from internal clients.
- You ensure that requests from internal clients are handled efficiently and on time.
- You help draft specifications for infrastructure projects, submit them, and negotiate contracts.
- You schedule maintenance, replacements, and legally required inspections, and perform preventive maintenance on infrastructure.
- You perform corrective maintenance on building infrastructure and equipment.
- You supervise and coordinate the work of suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring that contracts and maintenance schedules are properly executed.
- You periodically evaluate suppliers by comparing quotes and market trends.
- In collaboration with department managers, you manage workspaces (office layout, relocations, furniture inventory management, etc.).
- You propose technical solutions to optimize infrastructure maintenance.
- You ensure that safety rules are implemented and followed.
- You serve as on-call staff at the Ans and Flémalle sites and respond to alarms.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in HVAC, industrial equipment, and/or pharmaceutical equipment is a plus.
- A BA4/BA5 certification (electrical work) is a plus.
- You have a basic command of English.
- You have strong interpersonal skills.
- You are self-reliant, organized, and have a good sense of priorities.
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- You are proactive and customer- and solution-oriented.
