Ta mission:
Suivi opérationnel des restaurants et points de vente
Analyse des performances (ventes, productivité, qualité)
Participation à l’optimisation des processus opérationnels
Support aux équipes terrain (planning, communication, coordination)
Participation à des projets transversaux (qualité, sécurité, expérience client)
