Your Mission
Help us strengthen both sides of the marketplace.
Your goal is simple:
- Create meaningful conversations with impact companies
- Curate a high-quality pool of impact-driven talent
- Increase the overlap between both
You will not optimize an existing system.
You will help build it.
What You’ll Do50% Company Side – Demand
You will:
- Identify and research high-potential impact companies in Belgium and NL
- Reach out to founders and HR leads
- Book and qualify discovery calls
- Capture hiring pain points
- Identify recurring objections
- Help refine our positioning
Success here is not just meetings.
It’s learning where real hiring pain exists.
50% Talent Side – Supply
You will:
- Identify high-potential impact-driven professionals
- Reach out and qualify them
- Understand their values, ambitions and career direction
- Help them enter our curated pool
- Spot patterns in what meaningful work means to them
We care about quality over quantity.
No bloated databases.
Only strong, relevant profiles.
What You’re Really Building
You are helping us increase marketplace liquidity.
That means:
- Targeted talent pools based on real company demand
- Clear insights into hiring bottlenecks
- Early validation of our matching approach
You will see how marketplaces are built from scratch.
What Success Looks Like By End of Your Internship
- 30 to 50 high-quality company conversations
- 150 to 250 curated, relevant talent profiles
- Clear vertical insights (where hiring pain is strongest)
- A documented early sales and marketplace playbook
- Potentially first deals closed
