- You write/verify operating procedures to ensure the smooth running of manufacturing operations;
- You actively participate in the training of the production staff;
- You are a driving force behind the optimization of production technologies (tooling needs, production flow, workstation improvement, rate, profitability, etc.);
- You actively participate in continuous improvement projects;
- You ensure collaboration with the Production Supervisor;
- You apply the procedures of the Quality Management System.
- You have a Bachelor degree in electromechanics or equivalent by experience;
- You have a first experience in a similar position;
- You have a good command of English;
- You master MS Office;
- You have a good knowledge of CAD tools such as SolidWorks;
- You are a team player, have initiative and like to make decisions;
- You are synthetic and analytical.
