Senior Accountant
Heylen Warehouses ontwikkelt, verhuurt en beheert logistiek vastgoed voor toonaangevende industriële merken. Je beheert als Accountant je eigen portefeuille aan projecten. Je doet de opvolging van A tot Z, zowel in boekhoudtermen als in fasen van ontwikkeling. Daarboven kan je meewerken aan innovatieve projecten en samen met het bedrijf ook als professional groeien. Momenteel beheren we 35 dossiers, voornamelijk in België en Nederland, maar ook in Frankrijk en Spanje.
Om onze groei te ondersteunen, zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en dynamische:
Senior Accountant
Als Accountant beheer je een eigen portefeuille met Belgische en Nederlandse vastgoedvennootschappen. Je voert hiervoor de algemene boekhouding van A tot Z en bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle partijen in alle ontwikkelingsfasen, van de aankoop van de grond tot het verhuren en beheren van de gebouwen.
Je verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:
Inkomende en uitgaande facturatie en de verwerking van bankafschriften
De maand- en jaarafsluitingen van de verschillende vennootschappen
Het opstellen van de jaarrekeningen
Het fiscale luik: BTW en vennootschapsbelasting
Daarnaast krijg je de kans om mee te werken aan innovatieve projecten.
Hoe ziet onze ideale collega eruit?
Bachelor diploma in een financiële richting en minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring als A-Z Accountant.
Ervaring met een ERP-pakket. Kennis van SAP is een plus!
Interesse in logistiek en/of vastgoedontwikkeling
Je krijgt energie van mee te bouwen aan projecten en samen te werken met verschillende partners
Ondernemend en hands-on, je kan je makkelijk aanpassen aan onze snel veranderende omgeving
Analytisch en nauwkeurig, je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid over jouw dossiers
Vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een pluspunt
