We are looking for a Compliance Team Leader who is collaborative, analytical, and people-focused to join our Packaging Compliance team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l’Alleud, Walloon Brabant, Belgium.
About the role
As Compliance Team Leader, you will lead the Compliance Investigation Team supporting Packaging production activities. You will help ensure deviations, investigations, CAPAs, audits, and change controls are managed effectively, while maintaining strong cGMP compliance and inspection readiness. You will work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and other partners to deliver high-quality products safely, efficiently, and on time.
Who you will work with
You will work with a multidisciplinary Packaging environment, including team leaders, supervisors, operators, QA, QP, supply, maintenance, and external partners. You will coach the Compliance Investigation Team, collaborate closely with the Compliance Manager, and represent Packaging in projects, audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you will do

You will lead, coach, and motivate the Compliance Investigation Team to achieve quality and department objectives.

You will define, monitor, and improve Compliance Investigation Team KPIs aligned with Packaging priorities.

You will manage and write deviations, investigations, and execute CAPAs as the owner/lead in direct collaboration with production, QA, maintenance, and other relevant stakeholders.

You will support audit and inspection readiness, including coaching the team for front-office and back-office activities.

You will provide cGMP expertise to resolve issues and help prevent recurrence through effective action plans.

You will contribute to change controls, documentation lifecycle, continuous improvement, and cross-functional Packaging projects.

For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

You have a Master’s degree, ideally in sciences, engineering, pharmacy, or a related field.

You bring strong knowledge of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical industry standards.

You have experience in sterile product manufacturing, packaging operations, compliance, investigations, or quality systems.

You are fluent in written and spoken French and English and have TOEIC certification

You can lead, coach, communicate clearly, and work effectively with diverse stakeholders under pressure.
You bring strong analytical, problem-solving, priority management, facilitation, and Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt skills.
