Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

About the role:
The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) drives the success of a major client partnership, a sleek, modern hub of international cooperation. As our SAM you will own the relationship end‑to‑end while leading onsite teams to deliver exceptional service. Blending big‑picture strategy with hands‑on operational leadership, this role ensures flawless delivery, strong commercial performance, and continuous improvement—building a resilient, long‑term partnership grounded in brilliant basics and sustainable growth.
Your responsibilities:
Lead the strategic direction for the client and translate objectives into clear, measurable delivery plans.
Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as the key escalation point.
Oversee operational performance across all sites, ensuring consistent standards, safety and service quality.
Develop and support onsite leaders and teams, driving capability, clarity and high performance.
Monitor financial and operational results, taking action to improve outcomes where needed.
Ensure governance, regulatory compliance and contractual obligations are met across all operations.
Identify opportunities for service improvement, innovation and client‑focused growth.
Drive contract renewals, long‑term planning and commercial success.
Collaborate effectively with shared services and regional leaders to align delivery and support.
Use data and insight to inform decisions and embed continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience leading strategic client relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.
Background in fitness, wellbeing or service‑led environments with client‑focused delivery models.
Strong track record of leading, developing and motivating high‑performing teams.
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on operational execution.
Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, performance metrics and financial targets.
Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision‑making.
Strong organisational and planning skills across complex, multi‑site operations.
Evidence of driving continuous improvement, service quality and operational excellence.
Confident communicator with strong influencing and stakeholder‑management capability.
Fluent in English, with clear professional communication skills.

Salary: up to 7,000EUR per month dependent on experience and skill
