Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking a Safety Engineer specializing in fire safety studies for a consultancy mission at a client site. As a consultant, you will play a crucial role in coordinating, organizing, and optimizing technical processes and projects, providing specialized advice, and developing safety guidelines to enhance operational efficiency and ensure safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify optimization opportunities in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to map and initiate improvements and projects.

Document and apply internal and external lessons learned and best practices for enhancements.

Monitor, adjust, and optimize process installations.
-
Prepare technical and operational documents.
-
Conduct in-depth and specialized calculations, analyses, and research to facilitate adjustments and innovations contributing to optimizations.

Design installations and processes.
-
Develop new models and methodologies.
-
Draft, verify, and adjust various notes, files, studies, and procedures.
-
Develop technical solutions and specifications to address improvement needs.
-
Translate needs into compliant technical solutions.
-
Develop and implement action plans and innovative developments.
-
Prepare reports and recommendations, gathering necessary information.
-
Conduct and participate in risk analyses and establish safety measures for projects, changes, and periodic reviews to enhance the safety of installations and the broader work environment.

Participate in HAZOP, FMEA, SWIFT, MOC, etc.
-
Lead, organize, and adjust projects, reporting to ensure work aligns with deadlines, budgets, project objectives, and quality requirements.

Create and monitor project schedules and report on project budgets.

Establish consultation structures with various stakeholders and prepare reports.
-
Coordinate projects from initiation to closure according to applicable PMO procedures.

Continuously analyze and provide necessary project, maintenance, and framework contracts in compliance with public procurement laws, acting as a leading official to mitigate legal risks.

Develop and coordinate the preparation of tender documents considering correct technical specifications.

Guide and contribute to the awarding process.

Monitor, evaluate, and adjust assignments.

Provide in-depth technical advice and act as an expert within your specialization for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating analyses, projects, and work based on your expertise.

Ensure the maintainability, safety, availability, and reliability of technical installations and processes in the long term, both in studies and in the field.

Draft and monitor the content, correctness, and completeness of acceptance criteria and files (e.g., project files, permit files, safety files, construction files, recognition files, maintenance/operation files, etc.).

Design and realize installations according to a TCO principle, considering incident investigations and best practices.

Act as a knowledge bearer for the specialization within the organization to centralize, standardize, safeguard, and share specific knowledge and information.

Continuously update and expand knowledge (attending conferences and/or fairs, following standards and legislation, etc.), ensuring knowledge is safeguarded and shared through training and toolbox sessions.

Draft and control specifications, standards, and processes.
-
Develop, maintain, and contribute to medium-term maintenance and replacement plans within your specialization, including budgeting.
Requirements:

Experience in preparing fire safety studies.

Knowledge of risk management.

Experience with fire safety projects.

Strong reporting skills.

Ability to develop fire safety systems.
