Stock Keeper - MaxMara
MISSION:
The Stock Keeper ensures the order and effective management of the product in the warehouse, respecting the management rules of the company and the image of the Brand.
The main objectives of the position are: 1) to maintain order and cleanliness of the warehouse and the correct maintenance of the product, 2) to organize the warehouse in such a way as to facilitate in-store activities in order to pursue business results.
The Stock Keeper reports directly to the Assistant Store Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
BUSINESS
Effectively manages product in the warehouse to facilitate in-store activities in order to pursue business results;
Ensures the fulfillment of online orders, within the expected timeframes.
MANAGEMENT
Carries out the operations of receiving the goods, anti-shoplifting and correct storage, in compliance with company policies;
Carries out incoming and outgoing product transfer operations;
Carries out inventory activity;
Promotes, adopts, and develops the use of digital technologies within their function in relation to both process management and relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in the business;
Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and the Organizational Community.
PRODUCT
Knows the product, its technical specifications and correct care methodologies;
Ensures that the arrangement of products in the warehouse complies with company guidelines.
CONSUMER
Manages the warehouse in a way that facilitates sales activities, in order to ensure the best Customer Experience for the consumer.
