Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the company’s business development. Your main responsibilities will include:
Business Development
- Define and implement the sales strategy in line with the company’s objectives
- Identify, prospect and acquire new customers across target segments (SMEs, key accounts, public sector organizations)
- Manage and develop an existing customer portfolio to maximize customer retention and upselling opportunities
- Lead the full sales cycle from end to end: needs identification, commercial proposal, negotiation and closing
Sales Performance Management
- Implement reporting tools (CRM) and manage sales activities through dashboards and performance indicators
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor competitors and market trends to anticipate developments in the telematics industry
- Contribute to the development of the commercial offering (pricing, packaging, contractual terms and conditions)
- Represent the company at trade shows, professional events and during tender processes
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Business, Management, IT, or a related technical field
- 3-5 years experiences ideally in B2B sales
- Willing to participate ine the development of the company
- Strong capacity to learn technical skills such as embedded systems, networks, communication protocols
- Good understanding of software tools such as CRM tools
- Excellent negotiation skills and strong results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently, strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Fully bilingual in Dutch/FrenchTechnical Skills
- Valid driving licence (Category B) required – regular travel expected
Rémunération : 2 500,00€ à 3 900,00€ par mois
