For our internal sales department in Zellik, Belgium we are looking for a detail‑oriented Order & Sales Support Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end order process and support our sales activities. In this role, you will handle incoming orders (EDI and manual), manage quotations in SAP and Salesforce, and act as a central point of contact for our customers regarding orders, deliveries, complaints and returns. You will work closely with Sales & HQ to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
Your responsibilities
- processing and managing customer orders from receipt to delivery
- creating and maintaining order confirmations and ensure all relevant documentation is accurate and complete
- monitoring and follow up on orders in SAP, including delivery times, changes, and delays
- creating quotations/offers in SAP and maintain related data
- creating and manage Salesforce cases and opportunities to support the Sales team
- assisting with marketing related to customer and order handling, where applicable
Your profile and personal qualities
- completed commercial education (e.g., industrial clerk, office management, business administration) or equivalent experience
- professional experience in order processing, customer service, inside sales, or a similar role, ideally in an international environment is a plus
- solid knowledge of SAP (order entry, quotations, delivery tracking) and experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is an advantage
- strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to handle complaints and returns confidently and professionally even with changing priorities
- high level communication skills in Dutch and French, both written and verbal and German or English on a professional level
- hands‑on, proactive, and solution‑oriented working style
- high sense of responsibility and reliability in dealing with customer orders and deadlines
- ability to work independently while being a strong team player
