YOUR ROLE
As Marketing & Communications Expert, you are responsible for developing and executing Tom&Co’s full marketing and communication strategy. You combine strategic insight with operational excellence.
You work at BeFraLux level and play a key role in strengthening our brand position, increasing traffic, and building customer relationships. You report directly to the Marketing Director.
YOUR RESPONSABILITY
Strategy & Performance
Develop and implement a media and marcom strategy
Manage and optimize the marketing budget
Set up weekly reporting and data‑driven decision‑making
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance
Increase customer retention through CRM strategy
Campaigns & Branding
Launch national and local campaigns (BE, LUX, FR)
Roll out branding campaigns in collaboration with the Brand Manager
Integrate content, promotions and topical moments into one coherent story
Test new media channels
YOUR FOCUS AREA
You will actively work on:
Traffic growth through strong content and media strategies
Customer acquisition & retention via CRM
Brand positioning and market differentiation
Operational excellence across all campaigns and communications
Data‑driven processes with clear KPIs and reporting
REQUIRED SKILLS
At least 5–8 years of experience in marketing/communication
Experience in retail, omnichannel or FMCG is a strong plus
Strong in both strategy and execution
Experience with CRM, media and budget management
Analytical, structured and results‑oriented
Fluent in French, Dutch as a second language, and English is a plus
