We’re looking for a Product Manager who is hands-on, analytical, and energised by bringing products to market. You will be right at the heart of our product portfolio, where strategy meets execution and products come to life.
Orac is growing. Our portfolio is expanding across Europe, and we need someone who makes sure every product lands well in every market. You will work closely with your colleague Product Manager, who owns art direction and design, and actively bridge to both R&D and marketing. You are the person who connects market insight, product reality, and commercial execution into one clear direction. You bring structure and commercial thinking to complement the creative side of the team.
Own the product portfolio: you manage the full product lifecycle from introduction and launch all the way to reviewing what stays, what changes, and what gets phased out. You build a competitive product matrix, spot design gaps, and propose where the portfolio needs to grow or evolve.
Drive product launches end-to-end: from timing and planning to execution and market introduction, you manage the rollout with precision and make sure every market is ready.
Think route-to-market: you understand how products get to customers and help build compelling selling stories for our commercial teams. You also work with operations and supply to make sure products are available when and where they need to be.
Own our product data: you make sure every product is correctly represented across all channels from PIM and website to catalogues and sales tools. You define the standards and keep everything complete, consistent, and ready to use.
Steer pricing and support training: pricing sits within your scope and you support decisions with clear analysis. You also help equip our teams with the product knowledge they need.
30 days : understand the portfolio. You have built a competitive benchmark matrix, formed a first view on portfolio gaps, and understand Orac’s ABC segmentation inside out.
60 days: set up your product routine. You have a sales reporting and portfolio trend routine in place. You have proposed a short-term acceleration programme for our biggest market, France, and laid out a clear plan to accelerate 3D wall covering in Benelux.
90 days: build the roadmap. You have produced a product rollout plan for 2027, per market, grounded in market reality and ready to be actioned.
You have a degree in commercial engineering, business, or a related field and/or a design background. A combination of both is a real plus.
You have up to 4 years of experience in a product, commercial, or project management role.
You turn data into decisions: sales trends, country performance, and market signals tell you a story and you know what to do next.
You keep things moving: timelines, stakeholders, and launch plans don’t rattle you. You bring them to completion.
You are comfortable working across teams, from R&D and operations to marketing and sales.
You understand commercial context: pricing, market dynamics, and selling stories make sense to you.
You have a genuine link to design or interiors. You don’t need to be a designer, but you appreciate the world Orac operates in.
You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or another European language is a plus.
