Your job
As Solution Sales Smart Network within Proximus NXT IT you are part of a specialized sales team that positions and sells new IT network solutions across various business segments. You will work in a team and you will utilize our extensive IT service package to guide our customers and projects, including public tenders.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- You proactively approach our customers with a broad range of intelligent and secure (W)LAN and SDx network technologies.
- You excel at translating technical advantages into clear customer language and inspire others. You create commercial insights that help you convince our customers why intelligent and secure networks are the cornerstone of their digital journey.
- You create a sales plan and continuously build your funnel to achieve targets.
- You proactively prospect and support our Sales Account teams in the innovative Smart Network domain.
- You sell our IT Network solutions with a growing market share, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- You develop (W)LAN & SDx projects with attention to detail. You manage the P&L and safeguard our margins.
- You proactively develop and defend complex IT projects and public offers with the team. You follow up closely with customers and colleagues to win the project.
- You gain insights and knowledge about the market and trends concerning (W)LAN, SDx, SASE, etc.
In our agile organization, you will have many contacts with diverse teams. You will develop solutions in continuous consultation with our customers, and together we achieve our goals.
Your profile:
- You communicate smoothly with our customers, both in writing and verbally, in Dutch, French and English. You have sales experience with complex projects and you are able to present at the C-level.
- You have a good knowledge of IT networks such as switching, WiFi & LAN, and an affinity with SDx, SASE, Cloud Networking, etc.
- You are a team player, communicative, and assertive.
- You work results-oriented with a focus on challenging KPIs. You report systematically.
- You are customer-oriented and possess a sense of responsibility.
- You want to learn and continuously evolve in our digital landscape.
- You are pragmatic and able to solve various challenges constructively.

The salary is based on a clear salary scale, which takes into account professional experience, skills, and seniority. The recruiter will inform you of the applicable range before the first interview.
