Headit is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Support Executive based in Zaventem.

What will you do?
As a Sales Support Executive, you will support the Account Managers in their commercial activities:
- You will answer a wide range of questions from customers within the portfolios of the Account Managers you work with;
- You will process orders, follow up on quotations, schedule appointments and handle complaints correctly;
- You will advise customers on cleaning solutions and encourage them to use the company’s digital ordering tools;
- You will be a friendly point of contact for customers and provide efficient support;
- You will actively contribute ideas for operational improvements and help implement them;
- You will build relationships with existing customers and prospects who have shown interest, for example during events;
- Together with the Account Managers, you will analyse trends every two months and help develop action plans.
Who is our ideal Sales Support Executive?
- You have an excellent command of French, both spoken and written, and a professional command of English;
- You ideally have at least five years of experience in a similar position;
- You are a team player with a positive and open attitude;
- You are communicative, commercially minded, analytical and customer-oriented.
