Key Account Management Assistant (m/f/d) Belgium & Africa
We have created an exciting role that combines Customer Service, Sales Support and Key Account Management in an international environment. As our Key Account Management Assistant (m/f/d), you will work closely with our Key Account Managers, Sales Managers and international customers, playing a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the smooth execution of commercial projects. This highly collaborative position offers a unique 360° view of our business, the opportunity to build strong customer relationships and the chance to make a real impact on our customers' success.
What waits for you:
- Act as the primary point of contact for our international key accounts, supporting customers with orders, deliveries and ongoing projects

Coordinate the entire order fulfillment process - from quotation to on-time delivery - in close collaboration with Sales, Logistics and Product Management

Plan and support promotions, merchandising activities and display installations to help drive our customers´ sales success

Monitor promotional performance, prepare reports and identify opportunities to optimize customer business

Handle customer complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Travel internationally to support merchandising projects and strengthen customer relationships on site
Your Profile:
- You have a degree in Business Administration or a commercial qualification with relevant experience in Customer Service, Sales Support or Key Account Management

You are a proactive communicator who enjoys building long-term customer relationships

You are highly organized, solution-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

You have experience working with ERP systems and are confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel

You are fluent in French, English and Dutch; German is a strong advantage

You are willing to travel internationally 1-3 times per year to support customers and merchandising projects in Africa
