Formation requise : Vous êtes étudiant(e) en Bachelier/Master en Production ou en Project management dans un établissement d’enseignement Européen.
Langue : Vous parlez français. L’anglais est un atout.
Autres qualifications : Compétences interpersonnelles, travail d’équipe, compétences de présentation.
Début souhaité : Dès que possible.
Durée du stage : Minimum 4 mois
Requis : Le stage doit être obligatoire et effectué dans le cadre d’un cursus scolaire. La convention de stage doit être signée par trois parties : GSK, l’étudiant et l’université.
Rémunération : Conformément aux indications légales Belges, le stage ne sera pas rémunéré. Certains frais seront cependant remboursés.

Assurer l’alignement des standards GPS (GSK Production System) avec les initiatives stratégiques de la MU ( Secondary)
Former et coacher les membres de l’équipe aux Standards GPS Standards.
Revue de la progression de maturité GPS dans la MPU et proposer de nouvelles étapes dans la Maturity Roadmap pour améliorer l’impact business.
Assister l’équipe à la mise en place des outils de suivi de performance.
Fournir du feedback à l’équipe pour continuer à améliorer le comportement et le way-of-working GPS.
Jouer le “rôle modèle” pour les comportements, culture, et Way-of-Working GPS pour atteindre nos objectifs en Sécurité, Qualité, Supply, Coût et People.
Se familiariser avec un système de production industriel reprenant tous les outils disponibles sur le marché (Visual Management, DMAIC, 5S, OEE, SMED,…)
Se faire coacher par les membres de l’équipe CI et pratiquer le coaching sur le terrain
Utilisation d’outils pour augmenter la performance des processus de production et autres processus
Travailler en équipe
Se familiariser avec la gestion de projet
