The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for daily sales and marketing administrative tasks, response to readers’ and subscribers’ comments, management of website content and providing general administrative support to the editorial production department.
Requirements:
- Highly organized with high level administrative skills
- Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Practical and good knowledge of HTML and web-based programs
- Knowledge of social media marketing and website CMS
- Work independently as well as part of the editorial team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, positive, hardworking and accurate
Responsibilities:
- Market research and analysis, report compilation
- Management of direct marketing and e-newsletters
- Database update and management
- Website content management
- Creation of marketing campaigns
- Sales and marketing administration support
