Key Account Manager Oncology (Limburg region)
We are looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager Oncology to drive business growth and strengthen healthcare professional engagement across the -Limburg region. In this highly autonomous role, you will act as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals, including generalist practitioners, specialists and hospital professionals, in Oncology. You'll have the opportunity to shape customer engagement strategies, build strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute directly to Bayer's commercial success in in the Limburg region.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive Business Performance
- Deliver local sales objectives and develop territory plans to achieve and exceed targets.
- Identify growth opportunities and execute customer engagement and brand strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build strong customer relationships that enhance awareness, adoption, and experience with Bayer products.
- Effectively manage resources and activities to maximise business impact.
Generate Market Insights
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Gather and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Assess customer experiences and feedback to help shape future initiatives and engagement strategies.
Build Strong Customer Partnerships
- Engage, influence, and educate healthcare professionals through tailored, customer-centric interactions.
- Apply a multichannel approach to build long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
- Leverage digital tools and data-driven insights to deliver an enhanced customer experience.
- Champion a patient-focused approach in every interaction.

WHO YOU ARE
- Degree in a (para) medical field with at least 3 years experience in pharmaceutical account management, sales or customer engagement; having a network in uro-oncolgy is an asset.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior healthcare professionals.
- Digitally savvy, with experience using multichannel engagement tools and data-driven insights to enhance customer interactions.
- Commercially minded and entrepreneurial, able to identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and deliver business growth.
- Highly autonomous, organised, and adaptable approach and excellent teamplayer.
