Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 4 years post-related experience. Or a secondary educational qualification with 6 years post-related experience;
- Experience in implementing and maintaining an enterprise network;
- Experience with the management of DNS/DHCP solutions, Remote Access VPNs, Secure Gateways, Proxies, Firewalls, Load Balancers, WAF and Intrusion Detection System Technologies.
Duties/role:
- Assisting in the implementation and administration of cybersecurity-related policies, settings, and tools;
- Providing Level 2/3 support for INF051-related services, including Secure Web Proxies, Web Application Firewalls, Email Gateways, Remote Access VPN, DNS, and DHCP;
- Routinely serving as the CISS representative in the ESOC.
