- You structure and drive the sustaining roadmap by prioritizing actions that deliver the greatest value to customers and the company.
- You ensure alignment between market needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and the teams’ execution capabilities.
- You ensure the maintainability, scalability, and compliance of products throughout their lifecycle.
- You anticipate challenges related to obsolescence, component availability, and regulatory changes to ensure the long-term viability of the product portfolio.
- You foster effective collaboration among teams, customers, and other stakeholders to accelerate decision-making and execution.
- You integrate lifecycle management principles from the design phases onward to maximize the value and sustainability of the solutions developed.
- You optimize resource allocation based on portfolio priorities and strategic imperatives.
- You will drive product financial performance by analyzing costs, the installed base, and the return on investment of implemented initiatives.
- You will develop and motivate your teams by fostering their engagement, skill development, and the achievement of ambitious goals.
- You hold a Master’s degree in a scientific or technical field (chemistry, pharmacy, biotechnology, engineering, or equivalent).
- You have at least 7 years of experience in product lifecycle management, sustaining, or similar roles in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or health technology sectors, including team management.
- You have a thorough understanding of the technical, industrial, regulatory, and economic challenges associated with the product lifecycle.
- You communicate fluently in French and English.
- You combine strategic vision with operational pragmatism, along with the ability to prioritize tasks in complex environments.
- You know how to step back to analyze situations while remaining solution- and results-oriented.
- You demonstrate leadership and assertiveness.
- You are driven by continuous improvement and the ongoing pursuit of performance and value for customers.
