Position Overview :
We're looking for part-time students to join our vibrant team at The Nine, the pioneering Belgian female-focused private club.
We are in search of an enthusiastic and versatile individuals to contribute to our unique establishment. As a key staff member of The Nine, you will be a vital part of creating an inviting and exceptional experience for our esteemed members. Your service skills and passion for hospitality will help shape unforgettable moments within our distinctive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation, execution, and wrap-up of events (before, during, and after)
- Welcome speakers, members, and guests; ensure a smooth guest journey
- Assist with room setup, logistics, and breakdown (furniture, signage, materials)
- Coordinate on-site needs during events and respond quickly to operational issues
- Manage basic event tech (mic, screen, presentations, ...)
- Liaise with internal teams (bar, kitchen, front desk) during events
- Ensure spaces are left clean, organised, and reset according to standards
- Help with promotion & event management
Ideal Profile
- Currently under student or flexi-job status
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable interacting with a diverse, international audience
- Able to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced event environment
- Excellent English required; French and/or Dutch are a strong plus
- Interest in events, community-building, culture, or hospitality
- Alignment with The Nine’s values

- Mainly Monday to Friday (occasional evening events; very limited weekends)
